What areas does Mobile Unit cover?
The marketplace includes a city selection step. Check the app for your city’s eligibility, or register interest for future updates.
How does the pickup process work?
Use the listing chat to agree on a public meeting place and time. Confirm availability with the seller and inspect the device before paying. There is no online reservation in V1.
What does the inspection include?
Describe the device and the checks you need in an inspection request. Ask the team to confirm the scope, cost and how you will receive the results before proceeding.
How do you prevent scams?
Listings are reviewed before publication, and users can report concerns. These checks do not guarantee a seller’s identity or a device’s condition. Check the device before paying.
What if there's a problem with my purchase?
Report the listing or contact support with its link and a description of the problem. Include any warranty or return terms you agreed with the seller.
Is the inspection mandatory?
No. Check the specific trust signals shown on each listing. A store listing, completed checklist and inspection grade describe different things.
How much does an inspection cost?
Inspection prices including VAT are €10 for basic, €25 for diagnostic and €40 for pre-sale assessment. Confirm the scope and timing with the team. These are separate from iRepair repair prices.
What devices can I sell on Mobile Unit?
We support smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and other personal electronics. All devices must be legally owned, not stolen, and not locked to another account (iCloud, FRP, etc.).
